::Dr. An is a great dentist, who absolutely knows what he does. The receptionists and everyone else I have met from the doctors’ office is always very friendly and professional. The doctor’s office is top notch in terms of modernity and works with an convenient online appointment app where you get notified once earlier appointments are freed up again due to cancellations by patients. Keep up the good work!

::been there for 2 years. in the beginning was very impressed bu the design and the nice service. Especially doctor Damaskos who speaks english and very nice. Later realised every time i got a Kostvorshlag , the actual bill was much higher and there were always excuses why. After 3 cases when i payed enormous amount as is , because they charge around 30% more than the rest of the zahnartzte clinics, I had enough. Don't do the same mistake as i did.The design and the fake smiles- are not worth it.

::The personal in the reception called Louis(If I am not wrong with reading it from the name tag) is one of the most unfriendly personal who could welcome or arrange the meetings. He was arranging an appointment for me and asked what kind of treatment I want and when I want it. I stopped a while trying to figure out what that means and asked what the possibilities would be. And he said in a really bad tempered way rollling his eyes that I have to tell him different options. I think this is because of misleading information in between doctor-patient-receptionist info-flow. I was not informed for all the treatments steps I should or have to get by the dentist. And if the dentist did not give me adequate information, the personal in the reception should actually answer patients`questions and inform him/her friendly to fill the gap. I never experienced such an arrogant and haughty way of approaching a patient.

::I had veneers and inlays put in by Dr. Leyh and it was a great experience, friendly, professional and the layered veneers came out really great. The interior design is great, the staff friendly and I had zero waiting time. I would recommend having private or additional insurance as the services are rather expensive, but I felt very well taken care of.

::We went to KU64 with our three year old daughter for a check up. Our girl is afraid of dentists and was crying during the exam - she did however cooperate and while crying she still let the dentist do her job. The dentist was however even more hysterical than my daughter. She kept saying in a load voice to me to calm down my child and to tell her to be quiet. I explained that my daughter is afraid and I am of course trying but this might not help. She than started shouting to my daughter like she was talking to a deaf person that she should be quiet and let us talk. Overall experience - Very friendly reception. Horrible children dentist - AVOID!
