::I have from 6.5. -10.5.19 participated in educational leave "Refueling in the power of nature". This week was a special experience for me. In addition to relaxation exercises for me were especially the Breathwalkeinheiten sustainable impact. Our seminar leader Ms. Altendorf had a wonderful and special way to make the exercise units of walking, conscious breathing, attention exercises and body awareness work on us participants.
