  Nice village savings bank. So far only pleasant experiences have been had.

  When I enter the bank, I am always greeted very friendly and sometimes even addressed directly by my name. Everyone is extremely helpful and of course competent. I experienced exactly the opposite in my previous branch and that's why I moved to Erichshof. I would like to thank the employees and of course I would be happy to recommend this branch with 5 stars.

  Today I was yelled at by an employee to stay outside because I didn't see that there was a customer behind the machine on the right and only four were allowed in. Why can't you tell the customers that in a sensible way? They really couldn't see it

  Unbelievable, today I noticed an employee yelling at a customer. Because of the Corona pandemic,... only 4 people in the office at the same time. The customer didn't see that there were already 4 people inside. Instead of politely pointing this out to the customer, she was shouted at in an impossible tone. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. If I were the lady, I would write a complaint to the board!!!
