::Just wanted information over the phone………. First you wait forever in the loop, then the lady can't connect you and she can't give me any information either!?!?!?! How do I get to my bank advisor?!?!?!! So I have to drive 5 kilometers to my bank. I think you should change banks. Best regards

::At this point I would like to highlight the service provided by Mr. Blank, who has always been helpful and competent to me over the past 15 years. He is always very reliable and finds solutions or the right contacts for me. One star has to be deducted because my experience with being accessible via the savings bank service hotline is really hair-raising. This facility is a hotline, but in my opinion there is no service of any kind. As a rule, only a callback request is made, which then never reaches you anyway (except for Mr. Blank :-) I'm actually so annoyed that I'm probably going to have to change banks. It's a shame actually...

::We have been customers of Sparkasse for almost 20 years. Despite higher inflows into the account, the overdraft was deleted without comment and set to 0. We then went to the savings bank and were promised a call back because direct help was not possible. This has still not happened 2 weeks later. Costs for deleting the overdraft and going to an authority. The ATM also tends to be out of order from time to time. I can't recommend it and we will change banks.
