  My experiences with this branch are absolutely positive. The employees are very friendly, helpful and absolutely competent. Today we went there twice and both times my wife was perfectly helped with her problem by a young man (name unfortunately not known or not read).

  A big compliment to Ms. Bliemel and her employees - you can only find such competent and reliable employees these days. I have been a customer of this branch for 30 years with great satisfaction. These negative reviews are incomprehensible to me, but that's certainly not the fault of the employees.

  Disastrous service, the customer is irrelevant. Mr. Herbststreit is the branch manager and is generally very slow and unreliable. Emails are not responded to at all and promises are not kept. Apart from that, internal communication between employees doesn't work at all. I was told this afternoon at 11 a.m. that Mr. Herbststreit was talking to a customer and would call me back. Two hours later, when I asked, I was put off again because he was on his lunch break. An employee had just called me back at 2:30 p.m. Mr. Herbststreit had been sick for two days and was not there at all. Get well soon!!
