  Service ....... is very small here at Sparkasse Eitorf, you are unfriendly and passed on to an employee who is sitting in a customer conversation while 3 - 5 other employees stand around and have a comfortable, laughing conversation (all of them as financial advisors). Since you are allowed to join the bank as joint account holders in order to obtain authentication, we will probably no longer be here as customers since we both work shifts. Opening times are also rather customer-unfriendly.

  The staff at the counter should be reworked. This extremely unfriendly employee who is always manning one of the two counters, who doesn't even offer a good day, a smile or anything else, who just does his job without saying a word and then in the end gives you the feeling that you are a nuisance and not worth your time, is a really miserable showcase for the branch.
