One point deducted because the self-service terminal in the branch lobby no longer exists. It would be desirable to set one up again soon.

::Just called there because something wasn't working for me. The employee immediately became rude. To be honest, just because the employees "naturally" know their way around the Sparkasse doesn't mean that all customers do the same. That's exactly what the hotline is there for, to help customers. I wasn't helped. I can't recommend it!
