::The friendly woman at the counter answered my questions about online banking very well. I've had recurring technical problems for months and she took the time to go through everything with me again and now it works perfectly! The branch is quite small, but people always treat you very warmly and take their time. I like coming here.

::Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! What Google says is not true. So I went back home and opened a new private account and company account with ING online. Anyone who is only open three days a week shouldn't be surprised if customers go to the competition. If it's about money... just go somewhere else to pay :D
