  The older lady at the information desk is totally unfriendly and disrespectful. Completely wrong as the first point of contact for such a branch. When she looked at me she grimaced. Very unfortunate.

  Wait over a month for an appointment to simply open an account?! Are you crazy?! If you want to do it online, will you be treated like a fool when you identify yourself after wasting almost the whole day waiting?!? Never again!!!

  Since my mother has dementia and I am the legal guardian, I have set up a care account with the KSK. This means that the KSK is not allowed to accept any transfers that my mother submits there. However, a transfer still went through that was not approved by me. I have asked the KSK several times in writing to credit the money back. Not only did nothing like that happen, my requests were simply ignored. Impudence!!!

  I was interested in opening a checking account. At the agreed appointment, despite the advice of a maximum of 5 transfers per month, an attempt was made immediately to get a more expensive account than the basic account, which in this case was cheaper. Despite repeated references to the fact that I don't need any insurance, attempts were made to force accident insurance etc. on me. No thanks, never again, as usual the salespeople who call themselves consultants only care about the possible bonuses they can collect.
