  I made an appointment with Mr. Dirk and waited for 2 weeks and then when I went to the appointment the woman there told me that Mr. Dirk was on vacation. Ok, I got it, but where is his representative? She told me he was drinking coffee and had to make new appointments... Unbelievable!! Before, when Ashley was there, everything was great!
