  I've had very good experiences. Were friendly and helpful. As one shouts into the forest, it echoes out. I was friendly and received kindness in return.

  I'm having an incredibly difficult time closing the checking account of my aunt, who died in May last year. After various forms that have to be filled out again, this is still dragging on. Now we at least have the promise of accelerated processing. It all seems very clumsy and amateurish. It's a shame that the monthly ones continue. Fees to be paid for this account.
