  I then give it 2 stars because my request was finally clarified. This only happened because a friendly colleague of the lady I was dealing with intervened and a look at the document archive would have clarified the matter immediately. The employee, whom I had come across, was unfortunately completely from A to Z extremely unfriendly, unwilling and therefore out of place in my view. If it had been a question for my own account, I would have canceled it immediately. Since I have now learned that this personnel problem is known, but has no consequences, my assessment is accordingly. It must also be mentioned, however, that this service center has friendly, helpful staff who do their work in an appropriate manner even when stressed.

  Eternally long waiting times! 90% of the staff very rude! Customers leave the house, it is loudly blabbed in front of other customers!
