  It is unbelievable how incompetent some employees can be if you stand in front of them and tell them what you need to confirm that it was done and then you later notices that nothing happened is just unbelievable. !!! 0 stars would be appropriate

  Very nice and polite staff there are full 5 stars! Unfortunately, the opening hours are not so employee friendly. Just start two days a week later. Please change the opening times twice a week until 18:00 or at least until 17:00. As a working population we do not have the chance to visit them once a week. Therefore 2 star deduction.
