::Colonoscopy appointment. Nice, very friendly staff at registration and a short waiting time. Then a preliminary consultation with Dr. Hofmann. A very good, friendly educational discussion. On the day of the colonoscopy everything went very well. Short waiting time, overall a very courteous, pleasant team. Simply great. Thank you very much and I wish the whole team all the best. ::Children have been sitting here in pain for more than 2 hours and nothing has happened, a shame for our healthcare system. Every now and then a lady strolls across the hallway carrying plaster supplies from A to B. If you're feeling really bad, avoid this hospital.

::Went to the emergency room with a laceration to the head. After 2 hours, an assistant doctor came and stapled the wound without anesthesia. A clip of it was clipped directly into the wound! There was no physical examination. However, if you read the doctor's letter, you might think that another person had been treated, as various "examination results" were listed there (e.g. the eye reaction) which raises the question of how you could determine them without checking them! The nurses were all very nice, one star for that. Unfortunately, the doctor seems completely incompetent.

::Thanks. I am Case24-04925-4. On the night of Thursday to Friday I was admitted with an acute asthma attack. The doctor who admitted me recognized the problem, I couldn't speak at that time. He prescribed the right medication for me. The nursing staff is friendly and empathetic. It was right to keep me for one night for observation.

::Thank you for everything! I was in ward 3a for 2 days due to an operation on my foot and received excellent care. Everyone, regardless of their position, was super nice, helped at all times and was available to give advice and support. A request to the notorious complainers here: You are cordially invited to do the job yourself, just for a single day, let's see what your opinion is then! In addition, this is not a 5* hotel but a hospital, so the food can be less exquisite! But it was still very good for a hospital!
