  No one likes to go to hospitals, especially me who, thank God, has rarely visited them in my life. I have been in Germany for two years and I went to this hospital for health problems. I give not 5 stars but 10, I am very happy with all the staff from the cleaners to the doctors, very friendly, gentle staff, they make you feel very good. The service in the room seems like a hotel, the food is very good and mainly I thank you for your patience with me because even though I don't speak German well, you treated me very well and were very patient with me. Thank you all. 😘

  Not really helpful. I waited for 2 hours while a lot of patients were allowed in front. When asked how long it would take, they could not say and did not want to ask. In the end I canceled and then the reception was suddenly able to call to cancel. Strange goings on there
