  I was there about seven years ago and still vividly remember how I was treated by some of the sisters. I was roomed with an older person who had far more serious mental health problems than I did. Another patient with an eating disorder was partly laughed at. You were yelled at if you expressed negative experiences. That was triggered and I was treated inhumanely, just as other patients reported to me at the time on the ward and I also experienced when a girl was literally beaten to death at the dinner table. The facility is extremely outdated. In my time there were only two sisters who were really warm and calmed you down when you were afraid and asked for solutions and interests. I don't know if there have been any improvements since then, but based on what a friend said and the reviews here, it seems unlikely. The patients/sick people are not bad people, the job is not a job that you should do if you want to take out your frustration on mentally ill young people and children, you should approach them more individually and understand that these strict methods could be extremely triggering for some. Additionally, you shouldn't put 11 year olds in the same room with 16 year olds. It also takes more courses and therapies than one per day that lasts 45 minutes; patients should have the opportunity to be in better contact with friends and family depending on their illness. Conclusion: not only the rooms, some of which had strange things carved into the beds, were depressing, but also the treatment of patients.

  My absolute worst experience I had as a 15 year old. The therapy was absolutely necessary, but conditions in ward 12 in particular are absolutely unacceptable. Especially this disrespectful ward manager, Sister Martina, if she still exists. There was a death in the family during therapy and I should stop acting like that and stop rambling. I don't even want to start with the incompetent therapist. They want to discuss the conditions and the desire to stop therapy with her and she dismisses me as untreatable! Are you crazy ? If you really need help as a teenager, you should AVOID this clinic!

  I cannot recommend the clinic to anyone. No help, you don't get any justice. No control, no supervision. The children are extremely influenced, treated incorrectly, and missing diagnoses.

  Thank you to the Infinite Intelligence for guiding me on the right path. So after several days I was able to free my child from this complete misunderstanding. Truly shocking images that I, but also witnesses, had to see on site. The bad reviews from the previous posters are absolutely justified. Please be vigilant and choose wisely.

  Not to mention the therapy methods are not recommended at all. Urgent forcing to do activities, exposure is the order of the day and only 30 minutes of cell phone time unless you are 14 years old. No exit until you are 14 and very rude nursing staff. I was outraged when I heard about all of this. This 'clinic' should be closed urgently. Communication between therapists also very poor. Since 0 stars are not possible, I give 1, but only to warn everyone.
