::In the last few weeks of my pregnancy I had check-ups at the NMH and through this and the birth of our child I got to know almost all the doctors and midwives. We always felt well supported by the midwives. There was always a friendly/happy atmosphere, questions, concerns and fears were taken seriously and they took their time even during busy times. I gave birth to my two children here and had a very self-determined experience, especially with the second birth. Especially when I was in pain, I was offered various things; I was always able to question things (critically) and had time to think and decide. We were allowed to welcome our child for a while before he was examined. The staff at the maternity ward were also very nice, but we didn't have much contact because of the family room. I only found the breastfeeding visit unhelpful, but that was down to the person themselves.

::The delivery room team was great! I was always helped with pregnancy problems when the gynecologist's office was closed. No waiting times. A quick call beforehand was enough and you were allowed to come. All the midwives were very nice and understanding. I always felt taken seriously there. The ward nurses after the birth were also very nice and took the time to have conversations. The family room was large, bright and you could easily stay there for a few days. We felt very comfortable and well looked after.
