  Unfortunately, a very unpleasant, not to say traumatic, experience happened to my 9-year-old son in the neurology ward at Buchholz Hospital 14 days ago. My son should have a rubber helmet put on his head so that his brain waves can be measured. Unfortunately it was quite painful for my son, due to which my son had started crying and hyperventilating. Unfortunately, two nurses felt this was disturbing them during breakfast, tore the door open and shouted at me and my son asking if “that could be quieter”! And slammed the door loudly again. Unfortunately, I now have to explain to my son in the long term that not every hospital will treat you like this. Since I have the date and time when the whole thing happened, as well as the person who was involved, I will file a complaint with the medical association.

  Miss Dr. Paul is a great doctor. She is very friendly and cares deeply about her patients' health. The same applies to the whole team, which probably explains the long waiting times for an appointment :)
