::I would never go back to this hospital nor would I recommend anyone to go here. The attitude towards patients is very unprofessional and you are seen more as a number and not a person. This is unfortunate as they also have many brilliant doctors and nurses as well but something needs to be done about the others. If you go to this hospital, do take record of names of any specific staff member and file a complaint to the hospital administration (who probably won't care as this is a known problem), your health insurance provider, and the Landesärztekammer. While it seems like a tedious process, I find it to be necessary as it is the only way to see a positive change. We deserve a hospital that treats its patients with dignity and respect.

::I was admitted for an operation in the urology department between 8/3/2023 and 20/3/2023 ( private section )under the supervision of Professor Amr Ahmed and his team . One of the best professional advice I had from Professor Amir Ahmed and his team , not to forget the super personalised communication and human factors which existed between me and him and the team . My special thanks goes here to Dr Jameel , Dr Marzouq , his secretary Miss Rosalia, and of course nurse Nadine at the ward ( missing your positive energy and smile ).
