  Awfully expensive. 4 full color prints = 5 Euro. (2 on normal paper and 2 on nicer paper - NOT photo paper.) Service was not existent, guy was outside chatting to his friend.

  Extremely unfriendly, and staff not well know and handling of international packages, to avoid if you need to ship and good luck if you need to pickup, i had to open a tixket with dhl to pickup a package due to the lack of knowledge abkut international shipments, I ve got threatened to send my package back to country of origin

  Far higher prices than similar places in other neighborhoods, which all seem to have the same impatient service (though they do spiral binding on the spot in three minutes instead of requiring half an hour, as was the case here...). Computers are old hardware and also freeze frequently when handling documents bigger than a few megabytes. If it’s a big job for standard black and white, hop on the U9 to Moabit and pay around half the price.

  This place is very expensive and explores the fact that there is no competition in the area. Printing and copying can get amazingly expensive there. And no air conditioning which makes it unbearable on a hot sunny summer day.
