::Not all nurses have a heart for patients. Some nurses treat those in need of care roughly and negligently. 74-year-old patients with traumatic brain injury are simply made to sit in an uncomfortable chair for 4 hours until they become completely exhausted and desperate. Something like that doesn't work at all.

::Parking space for severely disabled people right next to the entrance! Good access even with a wheelchair! Signs could be a little easier to see, otherwise everything was great, I was very satisfied!

::My bedridden husband had an MRI examination in the ZIM/ZOM and had to wait a whopping 4 hours (!!!!!) for him to be transported back to the head clinic! i.e. He was simply "temporarily stored" on an uncomfortable stretcher without any care!!!! When we spoke on the phone in the evening, he was still crying and was completely desperate in his misery! You can't treat anyone like that!

::I was in the head clinic from 12/11/22 to 12/21/22 with a stroke. I was very warmly welcomed by the entire staff, all the doctors, nurses, nurses and kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and nurses who saved my life.
