::Unorganized and incompetent. PLANNED hospital stay that is now in it's second week because they are unable to find a MRT spot. So in 7 weeks there was 2 test done and rest is sitting and waiting. Oh and this appointment was waited on for 5 months so they could have easily add MRT to the list of things that were needed to be done and it wouldn't be this drag. Horrible experience

::We waited more than 3,5 hours until we were able to do a PLANNED Neurographie, and in the last moment they unilaterally changed the procedure and decided to do a simple MRT. Not happy with that, we were not able to talk with any doctor to get an idea of the results and because we live like 1h away from Heidelberg, they want to charge us 12 euros to get our OWN medical results (sending a CD does not cost that much money, I can tell you that). Very shameless place and a joke that they are not willing neither to give us the MRT results nor let us see a doctor afterwards.

::don't waste your time 5 hours a lot of nerves I didn't go there to pretend my head hurts I wanted help I said it hurts a lot but they told me to take a painkiller and don't come here I told you I will not earn money from you to help you I saw that there are very bad reviews but I said nothing just there is someone who did not like it but I made sure that it is so who goes for a headache in the evening better to stay in my house and sister do a crown test and score almost the whole stick but let god do the work with such people just if they don't work there are a lot of decent people who can replace them there are no doctors just wanting to make money 😌

::My brother in law came in with a disc prolapse for an examination with a neurosurgeon, accompanied by his wife and two small children. After 6h or waiting, they went away; no chance to get back the transfer note of the general medic. Not only did they have to wait in vain, but they were treated in a demeaning manor. Cannot recommend this hospital consequently.
