  My wife gave birth to our first child at the Detmold Clinic and we were super satisfied. From the first contact with the midwife in the delivery room to the discharge from the hospital 3-4 days later, we felt comfortable and in very good hands, both professionally and on a human level. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the entire staff - despite the sometimes really heavy workload. Thanks to all!

  I had today a terror night in the Notfall behandlung, i arrived with a hard pain so horrible that I wanted to throw up, the „doctor“ who attended me made me wait 45 min and came with a horrible attitude. His solution? He wrote a recipe with a weak schmerzmittel and an Antibiotika that I was using already and didnt work... Thank god I found a doctor who solved everything with an injektion and another Antibiotikum, but Im scared of the quality of the service

  Hello Hospital in Detmold. I am writing this mail from South Africa. My mother is stationed in your hospital and I phoned twice in the last 3 days. The MOST OFF PUTTING receptionist I've ever come across is at your front desk! Evicient but UNFRIENDLY to a point that I feel as if I phoned a prision? Sorry, but a bit of friendliness would make life much easier. I would fire her/him if they would work for me! My receptionist ask: How do you do and how may I direct your call? No, in your installation: "Zentrale Hermann", "Stelle durch"! Schade im Deutschen Sinne! Bischen Freundlichkeit ist erwuenscht um das Bild der Deutschen ein bischen aufzufrischen!
