::The emergency room for the children is a horror. You don't come here for nothing and the incompetent and unfriendly nurses ask for a referral from a pediatrician. Of course my child is in acute pain that I had to fetch it from school, but I wait 3 hours until the pediatrician is open to get me a briefing and all this in a tone that I would never dream of with a patient…. Actually, I was always very satisfied, but the friendliness of the staff is subterranean….

::Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. I hit a little girl. At my request to have her euthanized, I was only looked at questioningly. In the end I had to go to the vet. The insurance does not pay for the veterinarian, of course! All the fun cost me € 200. Never again! Thank you Merkel!

::I was treated really very nicely. From start to finish by every doctor, nurse, employee. Everyone was very empathetic. Since it was my 9th operation, I have gained experience in various hospitals and this was definitely the best of them.

::At first you feel that you are in good hands, the care team makes every effort and is friendly, but the doctors do not take any responsibility, a lot is kept secret and swept under the carpet when I was there with my son (3 months) after a fall We were allowed to go again, the doctor's letter was misspelled and I was given all responsibility, although it was known that I myself hit the stones head-on with my skull and was clearly in shock. The doctor himself took no responsibility and did not give the correct information ... so much could have happened, but it seemed impossible to think further than the door ...
