::I was brought in with the RTW (stroke) and was taken care of immediately. Everything was explained and discussed with me. The doctors and nursing staff are very attentive and helpful.

::To the emergency room I was in the emergency room for neurology in your hospital on August 28th, 2023, today. Unfortunately, the initial examination was only carried out after about 2 hours of repeated requests to your employees. After more waiting and questions, I decided to leave the hospital. Meanwhile, after a wait of more than 7 hours, it is and was inhumane to continue waiting. Nobody has provided any information as to why this is the case. The water machine was also broken and you had to beg for a bottle of water. Then this department is also called the emergency room. Other patients were also affected. An older woman who was around 1 hour. came after me later and fell asleep in the waiting room. After a suggestion from me and other waiting patients, she should come to register, where she was honestly told that they had forgotten her. Her turn came an hour later, around 4 p.m. Another patient who was ahead of me was just waiting for the blood values to be evaluated. She was called at around 8:15 p.m. and was then allowed to go to her ward herself. It was now around 8:45 p.m. This disrespectful, inhumane behavior can hardly be topped. Nobody would have complained about a small snack in the waiting area. This would certainly not be the ruin of this hospital. That would be respectful and humane Best regards to those responsible Wolfgang Belau P.S. I will contact the administration in the morning. Answer from a friendly and thoughtful employee at the complaints office. In the future, I would always call the complaints office to make such allegations public if this behavior is used by the staff. Only the patient can implement changes. It's also about surviving a clinic

::Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you today with great concern to describe my extremely inappropriate treatment in the emergency room when I was ill and in need of medical attention. On August 2nd, 2023, I was taken to the emergency room by ambulance due to my health problems. Although I was in critical condition, I was not admitted appropriately or quickly enough, even though there were few patients in the emergency room at the time. I found the way I was treated to be extremely rude and disrespectful. The medical care I received was not adequate and I was not given the attention that would have been required in such a situation. I understand that emergency departments are often under high pressure and staff are faced with a variety of emergencies. However, I expect that my health and well-being will be respected and that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that I receive prompt and appropriate care in such a situation. I urge you to investigate this matter and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that no patient has to endure a similar experience. Best regards
