::I give 4 stars for the staff, because that was really endeavored, was on Christmas Day with my wife at 11:00 clock there with a facial paresis there, in German with a facial paralysis, so to the Kassenärztlichen emergency service from there to the emergency room to the neurologist for clarification, it could also have been a stroke, examination began with blood collection for the blood picture and examination by the doctor, then CT head, shift change, new doctor then lumbar puncture, final discussion and waiting for the report for the family doctor, when I take the time at the patient , so my wife together is about 1 hour together, after 10 hours we were home, a hospital that boasts 200,000 outpatients and nearly 60,000 inpatients should take care of the organization of the emergency room, how can it be that one there 9 Std.Wartezeit be demanded, what is that for a planning, with friendly demand when it goes on ma n quite unfriendly (this was an exception in the staff) pointed out that it is an emergency room, and emergencies are given priority, no issue, I know myself am 30 full time at the fire department, only the sound makes the music, unfortunately I did not arrive as many emergencies in the 9 hours, the hospital is really good, but the emergency room in my eyes a disaster, and that was not the first experience in this emergency room, with my mother at that time we have 83 years old until 1 at night : Sat there for a total of 8 hours. As I said, staff top, organization Flop. CHANGE ... then there are 5 stars.
