::Ich bin recht enttäuscht über die wenig empathische Behandlung meiner Angehörigen, die im Endstadium krebskrank ist. Das Pflegepersonal hat keine Zeit, ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich, die Reinigung der Zimmer ist unterirdisch, Ärzte geben keine Auskunft und informieren nicht über geplante Maßnahmen. Lieber nicht in diese Klinik einweisen lassen

::The discharge of my relatives took 3 - 4 hours, although everything was clarified over the phone. I am a caregiver myself, unfortunately this made me late for my own shift. The care emergency is celebrating! I can report another incident that I took the suitcase of my handicapped! I only carried relatives from the parking lot to the main entrance and promptly had to pay € 24.90. I was gone for exactly 4 minutes. For a hospital car park, this shows little understanding for the public who use it.

::My two sons were born there. In 2016: My son is healthy, everything is fine with the doctors and sister. In 2019: My son was born sick. The maternity ward behaved absolutely wrong. The doctor on the day after the delivery wanted to discharge me the next day, although nothing was okay at all. One sister took me seriously after I stood crying in the nurses / changing room. After 36 hours a pediatrician finally came and everything happened very quickly. Yes, everything is not so bad, it will be fine. How many times have I heard these sentences? If everything is fine with your child, that may fit, but if everything is not good with your child, see how good (in this case NOT) the ward actually is. Absolute disappointment! Does NOT apply to the children's clinic !!! She did what she could!

::The service here is absolutely wonderful. I had mushroom poisoning and were in the worst condition I have ever been in my life but thanks to the help of the medical staff here they brought me back to health and up on my feet in just 14 hours. Special thanks goes to Dr. Knorr in the emergency department and to Marcus in the care department which were so patient and so kind all the time.
