::Unfortunately I have to give it one star even though it's not even worth one star. So I tried to do a detoxification voluntarily, as it is only possible to get an appointment at the day clinic for borderliners with current detoxification certificate. According to the university, which is what I heard for the first time. Well I thought ok, it can't hurt! But what I experienced today is almost unworthy of human beings. As has already been described in the other reviews... After half a day I left again and will try somewhere else... Is that supposed to be a hospital? P3 you are treated like a piece of dirt and are put in the assi drawer or are endangered as a society. It is sometimes insulted, as has already been mentioned in some comments. Very counterproductive. I simply don't have the right words to describe this university/clinic. People, if you're looking for help, please go somewhere else... You'll get more help anywhere than there.

::I was a patient on P3, a ward for addictions and pure detoxification. The beds there don't get cold, there are emergency admissions every day, unfortunately mostly people who have run out of citizen's money and couldn't afford anything to drink. The therapy program, when it takes place, is quite monotonous and the therapies usually only last 30-45 minutes. Some whites are consumed on the ward, but the nurses don't notice, which may be because some nurses spend 80% of their shift sitting in the kitchen and chatting. You get quite annoyed looks when you have a question or something similar and the request is usually only pursued reluctantly. If you point out to the nurses that your roommate hasn't showered in a week and you can smell him from 30 meters, they'll yell at you not to categorize the patients. The first and last time in Gehlsdorf, I am now in long-term therapy and this is the only reason why 2 stars were given: the social worker Ms. T. and the psychologist Ms. G. work with heart in their profession and have supported me a lot. Many thanks to both of them!

::I received a referral from my specialist for severe depression. I was in the so-called emergency room today and waited 4.5 hours. After the waiting time, which was unreasonable for me, it felt like a bad drug interrogation. The so-called senior doctor confirmed that I had mild depression. He gave me an appointment for the inpatient stay from December 6th, 2023. What's wrong with the doctors? I'm doing all this for my son. My son and my mother are my anchor. And the sack gives me the date over Christmas and New Year. Thank you German health system. MFG Hindenburg

::Pure rubbish for a crisis stay, great but everything else is not, it doesn't address what you want to work on, but rather you put it in a drawer. The nurses and carers are all great, but in my opinion the team of doctors plus psychologists are not suitable for this profession, zero order, zero understanding, and if you want to talk about something because you don't see it the way they do, you are sent to the senior doctor who never has time 👌

::Worst psychiatry, it doesn't help people, on the contrary it makes them worse. From the senior doctor to all the doctors, most of them are bad and rude, it's not humane and they have no compassion for the patients, the patients are treated like animals. I saw with my eyes how my daughter was treated the same way.
