::I know we are in Germany and nobody expects friendliness but a bit of empathy would be nice. Dr. Weindl is very nice but the receptionist and the entrance are awful. There is no hello, no good afternoon. Would not come back nor recommend the place.

::Extraordinary clinic with great team! I got sinuses surgery done by Mrs Doctor Marlene Wigand (medic with extraordinary level of passion, devotion and empathy). Everything went smoothly! Each aspect of my visit in Privatklinik Josephinum was great. Stating from preparing me to operation (nurses from 3 floor explained great what I need to do), through the taking me into the surgery room (unfortunately I don't remember the name of Mrs anaesthesiologist, but her approach brought my anxious to minimum level). Then nurses from Station 2 took over me, I was checked every 2 h with huge level of compassion and empathy. Food was great as well! If I will need any surgery in the future, I will for sure will come back to this clinic! 5/5 stars is not enough for Privatklinik Josephinum!

::I had a great experience in the Klinik. The staff most of all stands out for their friendliness and humane treatment, food and facilities are also top notch. During my 3 days stay for my surgery I felt very well taken care of and comfortable. If needing a surgery (i hope you don't) definitely pick this place. There is this hard to explain charming atmosphere it has for a hospital
