::Operation great, care flop. What to expect on station ✅ Sisters screaming in the hallway ✅ 2½ hour waiting time for painkillers ✅ Patronizing your own perception of pain ✅Be attacked and left alone in emergency situations I have the feeling that the weak condition of the patients creates a feeling of power in some employees. And that is terribly frightening. I didn't dare ask for a pen. The extra star is for the successful operation.

::Thank you very much for your help on the road to recovery after a long period of pain. I can only say good things about the team during my stay on ward 3 and in the operating room. Especially when you consider that every person behind the nurses, nurses, doctors and everyone involved is also struggling with their personal professional and private difficulties during these times. Now we're moving forward again. Thank you very much for that.

::I am absolutely dissatisfied. I was put under anesthesia before the treatment even though I had a bad cold. I was told if that's the case I should say so and then they won't do anything. They scared me beforehand that this could lead to complications. On the day of the operation they said well, nothing was actually happening and I shouldn't worry. After complications arose, I was able to hear in the ICU that no one knew about the cold. The woman who prepared and brought the food was rather unfriendly. The only good thing was a nice nurse and a nice nurse. On the day of discharge, I was put off for hours to get a discharge letter... When I didn't say anything for half an hour after being asked several times and waited in the room, a very rude nurse came and asked if I wanted to go home because the doctor's letter had been lying around for a long time . Even if I'm supposed to go there once a year now, I won't do it.

::Not recommendable! It feels like you call 40 times before you reach someone, you are transferred 5 times, and you are asked 4 times how you got this number even though you have the normal telephone number from the Internet and have been connected! 3 times put off until the next day and after 8 weeks of waiting you get a quick call that the planned appointment for the next day has unfortunately been canceled because the doctor is sick! (ok, it can happen to anyone) but instead of getting a new appointment as an answer, the doctor won't come back and you have to look for another doctor without alternatives, I think it's a catastrophe!

::Unfriendly staff and doctors who don't know what they want, today like that tomorrow. Doctors only provide evasive answers to specific questions about the diagnosis. Early in the day, the strict diet was prescribed and at midday it was lifted again to drink coffee. Different example: Tuesday - you go home at the weekend, Wednesday - you have to stay here longer, Friday morning you can go home. What's that supposed to mean? I don't know the other wards in the clinic and don't want to make any judgments about them, but urology is not recommended.
