::You just want an appointment for an examination and you just can't get one. Everything is asked about, what type of illness is suspected, which has to do with severe pain and therefore restrictions on life, which is the first thing that can be found in a Google search that this illness is always accompanied by pain, and then it means suffering You just spend another four months with the pain, we don't have any time off. I'll come in via RTW in 2 months when I can no longer walk at all because I won't get any further therapy without the appropriate examination.

::I've been trying to get an appointment for my wife in radiology for a week now. I call at least 20 times every day. Not a soul has been reached on the phone yet. I had the opportunity to speak to the tape twice...no reaction. Emailed twice...no response. In 2018 my wife had an intervertebral disc operation where two intervertebral discs came out and was very satisfied. This time we will probably have to choose a different clinic because after a week of intensive effort it was not possible to make any contact. So you don't have to be surprised if the emergency room is overflowing. My wife only survives on lots of very strong painkillers. The other findings are available in the clinic. Which would of course make a lot of things easier if you could get an appointment there. One week!!! No telephone contact possible. A disgrace for a clinic

::Everything actually went great. But if you have any questions beyond the actual appointment or want to request other documents, you will experience the absolutely chaotic structure of the clinic. Thousands of telephone numbers, which are mostly unmanned and senior doctors who don't answer back. For more than 6 (yes exactly... SIX) months I have been in the process of getting an additional report on my findings from the clinic. Due to the absolutely miserable structure, I'm still waiting in vain in telephone loops. If I do have someone on the phone, my request is immediately forgotten and I never hear about it again. This simply shows the absolutely chaotic organization of the people there, from which the patients suffer.

::Friendly and competent employees. Appointment on time, none Waiting time in the MRI. A pilot is very good at helping you with questions about orientation further.

::Everything was TOP 👍 Very nice staff, child-friendly, short waiting time. The MRI appointment took less than 45 minutes including registration. And thank you for the short-term appointment.
