My mother-in-law was admitted to the clinic on ward P4 by her family doctor because the fracture of her wrist took her away from her home life and her dementia worsened as a result. She was on the ward for 24 days. I visited her every day after work at around 5 p.m. Apart from a 15-minute conversation with Sister Laura after 7 days, I have not received any information about the examinations and their results. No doctor could be reached by phone or called back when I asked and of course they were no longer available at 5 p.m. At the same time, the fracture should remain under control... She was taken to surgery once to have stitches removed, and the bandage around the splint wasn't even replaced when she was discharged... There would be no doctor there anymore, was the answer. Funny, every employee in the medical field learns how to change bandages!!! The doctor's letter wasn't ready either, and the preliminary discharge form for the nursing service only had positive reviews about her mental state. But from now on she is given an antidepressant and a dementia preparation!!! I really wonder who made this observation in the 24 days because they are 100% different from mine that I made in the 1 hour in 24 days!!! I call this incompetent! You had the feeling that every request was annoying the nursing staff or disrupting your smoking break or checking your cell phone. It's certainly not easy to work on a ward like this, but you should have empathy in all areas and not treat your relatives like that. The one star is even exaggerated!!! It was shocking for me to have such an experience. I didn't expect to be left alone like that on this sensitive topic. I couldn't find out anything from my mother-in-law; she didn't remember anything about yesterday or today. The hospital stay brought money from the health insurance company, but for us it only gave us the certainty that we wouldn't have to put another step in there!

The nurse Jens, with whom I spoke on the phone this evening, is very friendly and helpful, he calmed me down a lot and did everything he could to say to me. Thank you

I was at KJPP3 for three weeks to do the pediatric placement for my training. I was able to meet very friendly and open employees. As a student on this ward, you are well integrated into everyday ward life thanks to very detailed and interesting practical instructions. At this station, the handling of criticism towards students and the acceptance of criticism is very professional. I can't complain in any way. Thanks to the KJPP3 team

I was there for my training for my external assignment (station 2). Very very bad. I have never experienced such interaction with students. You can't lump everyone together, I admit that, but some of the sisters were just horrible... Disrespectful, no understanding, no consideration, totally unfriendly, I was just shocked.. I would prefer not to give a star at all, because not even one star this store is worth it.

Was there after I tried to take my own life. I was on ward 1, there were exactly 2 nurses who looked after us and the rest didn't care about us. When I injured myself while playing sports at the hospital school and then mentioned it to the doctors on the ward, they didn't take me seriously and even laughed at me. It was only a torn capsule, but thank you for taking me seriously there as a 15-year-old. You also have to hand over your cell phone and then have it for one hour a day. The whole thing wouldn't be a problem if you had gotten proper therapies, but there wasn't anything like that there. So withdrawing the cell phone meant withdrawing all social contacts outside of the clinic. I would not recommend anyone to go there or send their child there.
