  Due to a consultation for an upcoming operation, our appointment has now been canceled twice. In December last year we tried to get an appointment for April this year. This April was postponed by the clinic until July. And today I got the call that an appointment would only be possible in December. I wanted to call back and make an appointment there but it's completely impossible to reach anyone. Either it is busy or it rings through. We will orientate ourselves differently.

  It took almost three weeks until someone finally called me back. Emails and messages left so often and then an appointment was offered and it took 2 months to find out. The lady wasn't particularly friendly. phone

  My daughter was operated on again yesterday at the Hedwigsklinik. All the staff were compassionate and took good care of us. Everything runs great... makes everything easier for the children and parents. Big thanks to everyone!
