  Very impersonal and unfriendly treatment by PD Dr. med. Jürgen Zanow. I would have wished for more respect and empathy for an old woman who bravely goes about her everyday life despite severe rheumatic complaints. I didn't feel that I was in good hands there and had the impression that he wasn't interested in the symptoms.
