::It is impossible to reach someone by phone and get clarification on the invoice amount or make an appointment for the next meeting. There is no response at all to emails or the contact form. I have never experienced worse feedback.

::I have only recently been treated after over 10 years of abstinence out of pure panic. Already at the first appointment I was welcomed in a very friendly and calm manner; everything was explained and shown to me. The first treatment was divided into 2 sessions and I can't say anything negative about the price either. Yes, good work costs money and that is the case here. Both the doctor and all the tooth fairies I have had contact with so far have been great, both professionally and personally. I'm still scared, but I know that nothing bad will happen to me here because people are ALWAYS looking at the patient. I found it particularly nice: “please smile and let’s go” from the dentist. So friendly, calm and simply professionally impeccable. I was prepared for hours, everything was over in 30 minutes and completely pain-free. I can only give my unreserved recommendation and will remain a patient here. I have never been treated so well by a dentist. Cheers, dear team. As already said in practice today: thank you.

::Actually always satisfied, but unfortunately the crown I had made is absolutely not the color of my teeth. I am very unhappy with it and will have it improved somewhere else. Nevertheless, I paid 1000 euros for this work. Unfortunately it was said that it doesn't get any better than what I have now, which is a shame for such a modern practice! I got a different opinion about it and in the end, of course, it's better not to do a good job, unfortunately!
