::Songs incredibly disappointing, I would like to give 0 stars. I wanted to have a few A4 pages printed. After a few pages I noticed that the printer had shrunk the images and pointed this out to the employee and showed him the correctly formatted file. He told me that there was nothing that could be done about it on the printer, which in principle was stupid but completely fine. I was shocked that even though I didn't want to take the pages with me (they can't be used by me), I was asked to pay when I told the employee that I didn't understand why I should pay for a product that I wouldn't receive Threatening to report the owner. The employee was very unfriendly and not very understanding. Not recommendable! However, the postal service was always great and the other employees were always extremely friendly

::It is the only DHL shop in the whole of Oldenburg where there are problems EVERY time when sending large or maxi letters. Apparently the letters never fit through the slot. The funny thing is that all the letters so far have actually gone through to other shops there. You get the feeling that the owner wants to make money from the DHL shop, but he doesn't really want to and he is happy about every customer who takes his package back with him. A copy is not possible on Sundays, even if you are the only customer and the copier is next to you. I prefer to go to the Happy Shop to do my shopping and pick up the mail, everyone there is always very friendly and competent!!!!

::Bad service and they don’t take card. I completely refuse to support a place that doesn’t accept card just so they can avoid taxes and I think everyone should do the same. Never coming back.

::What can I say, I wanted to hand over my package, they didn't want to accept the package here. I had measured it beforehand...had the feeling I should be deducted. I went to another store and it wasn't a problem there. To make matters worse, the staff was super unfriendly. But there are enough kiosks in the city :)
