  I recently made an emergency appointment with her because of my fixed braces. At the appointment she didn't help me, didn't treat me and didn't even listen to my problem properly. She also spoke extremely unfriendly and shouted at me. She told me several times that I should look for a job because otherwise I wouldn't be able to continue the treatment that was urgently needed with her. A few weeks later I got a bill, when I called to find out why she yelled at me again on the phone and hung up without even letting me talk.

  As a child of Mrs. Etzold, I had loose braces for 2 years (!) and used them to cure my back and underbite.

  Absolutely bad, you soak a brace for 5 years and it doesn't help, it loosens every time, which is not good at all
