  Lack of professionalism and ethics towards the patient. I won't go into the unfriendly staff again. After seeking second advice, it turned out that the wrong arch was used for my braces. I was also suggested a treatment plan over two years, which is actually feasible in one year. It seems to me more for profit than for the correct treatment of patients. Fortunately, I got a second opinion and switched after the first treatment. As a doctor colleague from a different specialty, I am appalled and cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

  The staff is sometimes very unfriendly with young patients, especially when they appear without parents. A certificate issued by a specialist regarding the unreasonableness of wearing a mouth and nose covering was arbitrarily refused.
