  Typical Kaufland. Huge choice, huge lines at the checkout. On the way out, there is a little store with great olives

  Something I don’t understand here in Germany, it’s a few days before Christmas and like the rest of the world everyone is doing last min. shopping so today Kaufland was very very busy 100s of people and in the middle of all this !!!!! someone had the Great Idea to start wet cleaning the floor, and started rolling out and stocking the shelves ?????? in the middle of all these people ???? WOW

  It is really a nice supermarket. I often go on Friday or Saturday, on these days there is huge amount of discount. A good collection of alcohol. Fair amount of discount on chocolate. You are find all stuff for daily use. If you want to buy small plants and flowers, it is really cheaper here. Overall I give it a perfect review.

  This place was huge. The largest consumables shopping area by far in Heidelberg. on the downside I dint get many good offers and the fruits and veggies were nt as fresh as I expected. The local markets around this place has fresher produce. Nevertheless the convince of having it all under one roof comes with a price. The other catch is that the lines for handicaps and parents with children are not taken seriously. Everyone queues there simply because the lines are shorter. Really dumb! . There's also a row of eateries outside kaufland making it convenient to have lunch or snack once you're done shopping considering the time you would take to go through this place.
