::A part of the one of the biggest supermarket networks in Germany and Poland. This supermarket is situated close to our home. It has a good infrastructure including hairdresser service, café, bakery etc. The range of products and goods is very large. However, some products that we are used to in Poland are missing, such as cottage cheese, kabanos sausages, fresh shrimps. Also, the products here are more expensive than in other chain supermarkets. Another minus in the work of the Kaufland-Zollrain in Halle (Salle). An attempt to buy a bottle of Moet&Chandon was successful, but it was not easy to do so. We arrived in the country a month ago and at the moment we do not speak German, but we speak English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Hebrew. First, in the alcohol department, we found a card with a picture of a bottle of Moet&Chandon sparkling wine. Then we stood in a short queue at the cashier, where we were told in German that this champagne could be bought at the reception desk at the entrance. When we came to the reception and asked if someone spoke the five languages that we speak, the lady at the counter began to get annoyed and something angrily and quickly speak German. We realized that everyone around us communicates exclusively in German. When we asked to invite someone who could help us buy champagne, the lady was generally angry, we felt a strong dislike for ourselves. Finally, she took out a bottle of the required champagne and angrily said that we had to pay first, which we did. In almost all of the 35 countries that I visited, store employees at least smile when buying elite alcohol. Unfortunately, this time the purchase of French champagne ruined my and my wife's mood. A request to the management of the Kaufland network to work more carefully with the issue of welcoming among the staff. Unfortunately, on October 7, 2023, our rear left tire was punctured in the Kaufland parking lot. We received a response from management that they will look into it. But so far we have not received any answer, and, moreover, we have not received any compensation.

::Its really good and big place but needs to work on lighting and air conditioning inside the building 👷♂️. The place feels dark, sketchy and this would change its figure. Otherwise the store offers all you need

::Could be more clean, specially now for the facts of the Pandemic.... they should improve on being more hygienic and at least to offer cleaning supplies to clean the card

::Good size Kaufland. Prices are low, choice of products is ok, quality of fresh products is also ok. Layout of the entire shopping centre is idiotic!
