  We (four people) have been patients in this practice for over 20 years and have always been treated in a nice and friendly manner. The dentist Ms. Böhnert always takes the time to talk about treatment and prevention, which is no longer a matter of course today. We can only recommend this practice with the nice staff !!!

  Yes, it happened to me too. They made 4 weeks of vacation and I missed my appointment they allegedly tried to call me .. Now I have to pay 150 euros. I had to work very long days. Elsewhere, one of the waiting rooms is simply one that is advanced and good. So with caution to enjoy.

  Never again! We have a disabled child and therefore had to postpone appointments several times, swap and also cancel. When we did not cancel an appointment within 24 hours we were charged with over 200 Euro. It is clear that even a dentist wants to earn money but to collect such high sums at a Hartz 4 recipient with handicap through a debt collection agency is the last one !!!
