  Very nice sunset view, expensive, but good fürstenberg beer. Expensive but mediocre food.

  What you expect from a Biergarten (beer and some simple and cheap food) and a great view over the city. Possibility to buy beer in traditional 1-liter mugs.

  One of the best places in Freiburg to enjoy a cold one overlooking the beautiful city center and connected neighborhoods. There's food and there are beers in all sizes. Be early or prepare to wait for one of the limited benches with the best views. Pretty great.

  It's a hike to get up here but it has great sunset views of the city (the picture is the view of the church from the biergarten). This with good beer and food makes a perfect afternoon.
