  We went to this branch on Saturday for various postal matters. We wanted to send letters and send a return package with a QR code instead of a return label already stuck on. After the man at the checkout tried long enough to mark the letters, he told us at some point that it wouldn't work and we should please go to another DHL branch. Why does he offer DHL when he can't even send letters after trying for a long time. He was finally able to accept my return package after a long back and forth. The best thing is that I got my return package back by post today, because the man didn't even stick the return label on it, which is usually printed out as soon as you enter the order. He is visibly overwhelmed with the DHL situation. Today I was in a different branch for my DHL return package and this branch did not need a minute for my package and it was properly pasted with the return slip. If you can't and just unnecessarily burden your customers with additional work that also costs extra time, then you should stop completely.
