::It's unbelievable what happened to Mr. Zimmer. We were in contact with him to certify a home purchase. Humanly I have never been treated so arrogantly and condescendingly. Even the most simple requests for understanding were denied us in the notarization with the reference to prohibited legal advice. His behavior in the further settlement reminded us more of a collection agency than a notary. Details would unfortunately go beyond the scope. But everyone (including lawyers) we interviewed was completely shocked. I would never again hire Mr Zimmer as a notary. Formal complaint at the Notary Chamber is underway. Addendum: The Notary Chamber has now considered the complaint as justified and initiated the necessary measures.
