::Top top top🤞👍 I had an appointment with Ms. Fillmann together with a very nice, very attentive trainee whose name I unfortunately didn't remember. I apologize ! After my father died I asked for an appointment with my 80 year old mother to close the joint account and to open her own for her with everything that goes with it. I asked to prepare as much as possible because she is quickly overwhelmed with such appointments. When we arrived we were welcomed so nicely and not only that it was prepared so extremely carefully that we dealt with the formalities, including notifications to the direct debit collectors, so quickly and then left the bank happy and relaxed in a nice chat. Thank you very much that was class 1 (+) 🤞🤞🙆♀️ we felt very comfortable and extremely professional 👍

::Account management fees are now paid as much a month as they used to be in a quarter of a year. The ladies are arrogant and dismissive. No accommodation. When the bank is open, the cash register is far from open. It is closed from 12:30 p.m. Bad luck if you come later, not customer-friendly.
