  Measly, overpriced selection. Even if an appointment has been made in advance, nobody is there, just a "I'll be back soon" sign. Ridiculous.

  I was there to have the strap of my watch shortened and I am completely satisfied. I was served very kindly. Gladly again.

  Not recommendable!! First case: I submitted something to be repaired and got no feedback. After months of waiting, I finally had to ask what about the repair myself to find out that it would not be 100% possible to repair it. I also got the piece back more damaged than I had given it in. Second case: I had chosen a bracelet for my friend with the saleswoman, because I didn't know the exact size. When I bought the bracelet, they said "if it doesn't fit, just come back and we'll exchange it". As expected, it didn't work out, because at the time the corona wave was over, I wasn't able to show up in the store promptly. Today I wanted to exchange it and then one and the same seller said that a return was not possible ... ((The bracelet is unworn (once for testing)) Conclusion: Unfortunately, technically not up to date and promises are not kept. My advice ... avoid. would like to give minus stars as a rating.
