  1. Sorry to say that the gatekeeper or secretary for the kids psychiatric department has issues. I was told that we are in Germany and there are rules to be followed. When you are in crisis and need support this is not constructive. 2. The psychiatric department told me that children with complex health problems including "intelligenzminderung" are not well catered for in the German system. No help available at their clinic. Too niche? What about the UN charter of 1949 which expressly calls upon the nation to protect its disabled citizens. Sickening lack of care and support. Menschlichkeit? Shame on you. 3. Thanks for the message to say that you will follow up internally.   today I am an adult but in 1966 I was 6 years old and for 2 years I was treated in this clinic. very good, the staff, nurses, physiotherapists, all the team were compatible, professional and kind. many years have passed and I don't know how the are now but I have good memories of this place.

  My wife delivered at the Josefinum and i must say that they have the best Krizall team there who are always smiling and treating all with respect and care and giving tips on how to get the delivery done in a better way. Since this was our first kid, we were tensed since we had no prior experience or due to cancelled birth classes(thanks to corona), everything we learnt was through online videos and books.The whole process of getting admitted and discharge was smooth. As a whole the hospital is very well maintained and you just need to ask to get help. Parking could be done outside the streets or if you are a visitor inside the garage though its paid parking (kassenautomat inside the eingang area). May be only small negative i observed was even though you are fully vaccinated , they will ask for schnell test results to go inside the hospital for subsequent visits and also they might only allow either wife or husband to visit labor or doctor.

  I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with the food provided at this hospital. Someone that I care about very much has to eat the food at this hospital and always receives stomach aches. Please provide healthier and better food options. This patient is definitely not the only one who isn’t satisfied with your choices in food.
