  A wonderful, always friendly dentist who exudes calm and responds well to the needs of his patients. A man of the old stripe with a young charisma. Very high praise.   Great dentist! Exudes a lot of calm and does the best work. We're with him with the whole family and no one here is really afraid of the dentist ;-)!

  I've been with Mr. Spannagl since day 1. In my opinion the best dentist far and wide. Professional expertise, professional diagnoses and execution are simply absolute world class. This man knows what he is doing, as does the entire team. As long as this practice exists, I will go there.
