::We’ve only been to Jesse James one time so this review is a bit limited. We’re also American and are not used to European service. With that said, we ordered the chicken sandwiches (or chicken burgers on the menu) and they were fantastic. The fries that came with it were good as well. The food was worth the money. We also ordered some drinks (a beer and an elderberry cocktail). We were there for about an hour and 45 minutes and our server never stopped in on us after taking our initial orders. We tried ordering another round of drinks from other staff and nothing ever came to us. One girl even looked me in the eyes as I was trying to get her attention and she walked by me. Trust the reviews here — the service is awful. They seem understaffed and the servers looked visibly annoyed. In short, good food, bad service. We spent most of our time there trying to get drinks or a check. We had to stand up and demand a check just so we can leave.

::Nice location. Food and drinks are only "okay", waiter are nice but never ask us to order something new, after our burgers were eaten and our glasses were empty. They only take the empty dishes away the second we finished the meal …

::Really nice salad with luxurious soft & fresh mozzarella, tasty dressing and beautiful serving. Also great service on a Monday at lunch time. You can enjoy sitting outside too. Would have rated 5 stars, had it not been for: The olives in the salad were uninteresting "supermarket" version (what a pity to an otherwise very delicious salad). The chicken skewer was dry and uninteresting. Smell of all the fried stuff inside, so I would hesitate to go there, if I could only sit indoor.
