::Very disappointing!!!! The doctors' professional competence is good. Reliability very bad. You always get numb when it comes to findings. It is said the doctor will call back, but there is no call! If you appear there in person, they say the doctor will call you back and you will be sent away, although they say that you are suffering from the symptoms. Then again no call back !!!! Appeared in person the next day, the doctor called back the statement again !!!! Sent away again. Although there is a consultation in the outpatient department, another doctor could do it too !!!!!!! I'm curious if a call will come today !!!!!! The nurses at the reception are very unfriendly and ignorant! Do not feel that I am well looked after !!!! What a shame for this clinic and outpatient department! To add, if you have complaints, you wait 2 months for an appointment with the statement: "That would be sufficient !!!!! I think as a patient you know best how urgent something is because of the complaints you have !! !!!!! When the results are obtained, it is first said that there is nothing more, minutes later we will send them all to you !!!! I seriously wonder if they know what they are saying and doing ???? ? Now pass this on to the appropriate offices !!!!!!!! The doctor is obliged to treat and examine patients with complaints promptly !!!!!!! On the website they say that they are at the highest Work level! If this is the highest level, what if patients wait 2 months and their complaints are not taken seriously ???

::Rooms and inventory are ancient. That something like this is still possible in Germany. The food doesn't knock me off my feet either. The doctors and nurses are nice.

::The stations are a bit older, but the nurses are very good. I have only had good experiences there. Maybe some patients should touch their own noses and complain less.
